Yes, I am really a librarian. Of course I'm an avid reader, mainly nature writing, pop science, philosophy, historical fiction and sometimes the classics. I'm a nature girl, and can often be found in the outdoors hiking, drawing or reading in my spare time. There's a good amount of Blues and folk on my iPod. I'm not really one for clubs - I prefer eating out, live music, and curling up on the couch with a movie. I have a case of wanderlust and love to travel when I have the opportunity. I can be equally silly or serious, and sometimes a bit shy at first, but open up quickly and I'm passionate about what matters to me. The two things that matter most to me are the environment and being a force for good, which I think are core to the Democratic spirit.
